As a licensed MFT, I have many years of experience working with couples, families and individuals and have a special interest in working with clients around problems in Relationships, Jobs, Managing major psychiatric illness, Parenting and Disabilities.
I have a strong interest in doing brief goal oriented psychotherapy which focuses on building on the clients strengths and encouraging the client in implementing meaningful long term change. As a Marriage and Family Therapist my commitment is to provide ethical, high quality, effective brief psychotherapy. I have had extensive training and experience working with couples, families and individuals and very much enjoy assisting people in working through the many challenges, stresses and changes encountered in life.
My treatment strategies are tailored to the specific needs and problems of my clients. I believe first and foremost that the relationship between client and therapist is primary. Therapy is a process focusing on you, your life and your goals.
